NutriClean腸道營養纖維粉
左旋麩醯胺酸
含高蛋白質的食物如肉類、魚、豆及奶類產品等都是麩醯胺酸的絕佳來源。麩醯胺酸是一種有助恢復健康的胺基酸,是消化道的能源。麩醯胺酸能有助維持正常的膽固醇水平、正常的血糖水平及促進免疫系統健康,從而支援整體健康。大量運動、感染、手術或創傷均能損耗人體的麩醯胺酸儲備,尤其是肌肉細胞內的麩醯胺酸。由於腸道細胞使用麩醯胺酸作能源,左旋麩醯胺酸補充品一直被用作促進消化健康。

菊糖纖維(菊苣根的低聚果糖萃取物)
菊糖纖維是一種益菌素纖維,益菌素(Prebiotics)是益菌的食物來源。菊糖或低聚果糖是澱粉形態的纖維,人體不能完全消化。當人體進食益菌素時,未能消化的部份為消化道的益菌提供養份。菊糖可促進益菌數量增長,如結腸-內的雙叉桿菌(bifidobacteria)。雙叉桿菌可抑制致病細菌的滋長。

Fibersol-2(可溶性纖維葡萄糖聚合物複合物)
Fibersol-2 是一種水溶性纖維,對消除廢物及腸道清洗有正面的效果,因此,或有助於穩定血壓。這種創新的食用纖維是透過玉米粉高溫分解及穩定酵素水解而製成的噴霧風乾粉末。Fibersol-2被美國食品藥物主管機構給予「安全可靠」的檢驗標記,與麥芽糊精同樣安全,易於溶於水中,而且不含任何味道。

益生菌如嗜酸桿菌是特定形式的細菌,亦稱之為「益菌」。事實上,這些細菌有助維持健康的消化道功能。益菌量減少是正常的,但益菌量必須維持在適當的水平,以壓倒其他致病的細菌,如益菌量下降,其他細菌則會開始大量滋長。透過除去其他細菌及酵母菌的功能,嗜酸桿菌(及其他益菌如胚芽乳酸桿菌、雙歧雙叉桿菌及酪蛋白乳酸桿菌)在防止腸胃毛病上也擔當重要的角色。

維 他命A是脂溶性維他命。維他命A的來源包括器官肉類(例如肝臟和腎臟)、蛋黃、牛油、甘荀汁、南瓜、蕃薯、菠菜、桃、添加營養的奶類產品和鱈魚肝油。維他 命A是視黃醇、視黃醛和β-胡蘿蔔素等複合物家族的成員,身體組織需要維他命A促進整體生長和修護。維他命A促進健康的夜視力、支援正常骨骼生長、提供抗 氧化防護和支援免疫系統健康。

C(抗壞血酸)
維他命C來源包括椒類(甜椒、青椒、紅椒、紅辣椒和綠辣椒)、柑橘類水果、小椰菜、椰菜花、椰菜、芥蘭、綠葉甘藍、芥菜、西蘭花、菠菜、番石榴、奇異果、 黑加侖子及士多啤梨。堅果及穀類亦含有少量維他命C。需注意烹調會破壞維他命C的活性。維他命C對支援健康的免疫系統、促進心血管健康、協助維持健康的膽 固醇水平及提供抗氧化防護非常重要。人體無法自行製造或儲存維他命C,所以必須透過飲食和營養補充品攝取。

B1(硫胺)
硫胺於碳水化合物代謝及神經功能方面扮演重要角色。人體需要硫胺維持健康的神經系統,以及協助製造乙膽鹼和γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)兩種神經遞質。硫胺用於生產鹽酸,因此參與消化、有助提升能量及促進頭腦清晰。

B2(核黃素)
維他命B2存在於肝臟、奶類產品、深綠色蔬菜及部份海產中。維他命B2的角色是輔酵素,與其他維他命B合作。維他命B2促進血液健康,支援神經系統及人類正 常生長,並促進皮膚、指甲及頭髮健康生長,以及協助維持甲狀腺健康。維他命B2作為電子輸送鍊的一部份,能促進食物轉化成能量,在微觀的層面上推動細胞能 量。維他命B2有助脂肪分解,並作為輔因子,協助活化B6及葉酸。維他命B2為水溶性,除非是極微量,否則不會被儲存於體內,因此必須每日補充。於部份情 況下,維他命B2可作為抗氧化物。核黃素輔酶參與維他命B6和葉酸轉化至活性狀態的過程,以及色胺酸轉化至菸鹼酸的過程。

B3(菸鹼酸)
菸鹼酸是水溶性維他命,是健康、成長及繁殖多個方面所需的物質,亦是維他命B群的一部份。菸鹼酸有助消化系統、皮膚及神經的運作,同時對食物轉化成能量的過程非常重要。菸鹼酸存在於奶類產品、家禽、魚類、瘦肉、堅果、蛋、豆類及添加營養的麵包及穀類食品中。

B5(泛酸)
泛酸(維他命B5)是將膽鹼轉成乙膽鹼的轉化劑,乙膽鹼協助腦部正常的神經遞質活動。泛酸亦被認為是抗壓維他命,因為它能為腦部除毒,紓緩身體及情緒壓力,並在荷爾蒙分泌上擔當重要角色。

B12(鈷氨素)
維 他命B12天然存在於肉類、肝臟、牛肉、豬肉、蛋、全脂奶、芝士、全麥麵包及魚類。維他命B12只能在動物產品裡找到,亦有少量提取自經發酵的大豆製品如 麵豉及天貝(Tempeh),以及花生。素食者需要服用維他命B12補充品,以維持最理想的健康。維他命B12進入人體後,會儲存於肝臟及其他組織留待日 後之用。B12的合成形態稱為鈷氨素,鈷氨素並非提取自動物或植物,而是維持正常運作人體細胞固有的物質,尤其是神經系統細胞(保護神經細胞)、骨髓及腸 道。這些組織會最先出現缺乏維他命B12徵狀。維他命B12於能量代謝過程角色重要,負責維持最高能量水平,而且是卓越的抗衰老成份,亦有助提高集中力。


葉 酸主要存在於水果和蔬菜。深綠葉蔬菜、橙、橙汁、豆類、豌豆和啤酒酵母都是維他命B群的豐富來源。在加強維他命B12的益處上,葉酸擔當重要的角色。這兩 種維他命B互相合作,以維持正常的紅血球細胞。葉酸協助胺基酸及蛋白質的正常使用,並促進合成DNA和RNA物質的正常製造。科學研究發現,維他命B12 與葉酸合作時,能促進健康的心血管及神經系統。

B6
維 他命B6的主要來源是家禽、魚類、全穀類和香蕉。維他命B6是蛋白質和胺基酸代謝的輔因子,並有助維持適當的體液平衡,以及協助維持健康的紅血球及白血球 細胞。製造血紅素需要維他命B6。維他命B6參與合成腦部及周邊神經細胞,建議用以提升腦部功能,尤其是改善情緒,維他命B6亦支援正常神經傳導。部份運 動補充品加入維他命B6,原因是其促進肝糖轉化成葡萄糖,以為肌肉提供能量。同時攝取維他命B6及葉酸顯示有助維持血漿內正常的同型半胱氨酸水平,能促進 心血管健康。維他命B6應該加入其他維他命B群,以達到最佳效果。

D3
大 多數人類主要透過規律的日曬獲得維他命 D。維他命D的食物來源包括添加維他命D的奶類(每杯含100國際單位)、鱈魚肝油和三文魚等含有大量脂肪的魚類。蛋黃和肝臟亦含有少量維他命D。維他命 D促進吸收鈣質和磷質,並支援製造多種參與鈣質吸收和儲存的蛋白質。維他命D與鈣質幫助骨骼維持堅固強健。維他命D促進鈣質由成骨細胞主動運輸至細胞外液 及腎臟,促進腎小管吸收鈣質及磷質。維他命D亦促進腸道上皮正常吸收鈣質及磷質,並促進組織健康生長和修護,支援整體皮膚健康。

E
維 他命E最佳的飲食來源包括蔬菜油、人造牛油、堅果、種籽、牛油果和小麥胚芽。紅花油富含維他命E,而粟米油和大豆油亦含少量維他命E。維他命E和生育醇 (tocopherol)與三烯生育醇(tocotrienol)同屬相關的複合物家族。很多節食人士都會留意進食脂肪的份量,通常他們攝取維他命E的份 量亦因減少進食高脂食物而較少。補充維他命E的主要健康好處來自其有助提升免疫力的抗氧化功能。維他命E 亦支援正常痊癒及促進心血管健康,是體內最強效的脂溶性抗氧化物之一。因此,維他命E保護細胞膜免於自由基傷害。

鈣質

鈣 質存在於奶類、芝士、乳酪、墨西哥粟米餅、大白菜、芥蘭和西蘭花。鈣質是重要的礦物質,具有很多生物功能。鈣質主要以氫氧基磷灰石 (hydroxyapatite,Ca10 (PO4)6 (OH)2)的形式存在於骨骼之中。氫氧基磷灰石大約佔骨骼重量40%。骨骼明顯需要補充鈣質,而且骨骼也是鈣質的儲藏室。鈣質除了是骨骼和牙齒的主要組 成物外,亦能夠促進正常肌肉收縮、神經傳導、心血管健康、能量製造和維持健康的免疫系統。

鈣質對於維持骨骼密度及健康的骨骼與牙 齒非常重要。研究顯示,鈣質能紓緩女性經前綜合症引起的徵狀。若人體每日吸收的鈣質不足,就會從骨骼提取鈣來使用,令骨質流失,引致骨質疏鬆症。骨質疏鬆 症由因年齡增長而導致骨質流失引起,可增加盆骨、胸骨、骨盆及其他脆弱骨骼骨折的風險。另外,隨年齡增長,脊骨累積輕微骨裂,導致駝背,這亦可能引致骨折。

血液中鈣質的含量由PTH(副甲狀腺荷爾蒙)調節。高鈣質含量與維持更年期女士的心血管健康及維持正常膽固醇有關,而低鈣質含量則與骨質密度下降和骨質疏鬆症有關。


鉻 天然存在於部份穀物、肉類、家禽、啤酒酵母、西蘭花、梅乾、菇類、魚類及啤酒。鉻是必要的微量礦物質,能促進正常的葡萄糖代謝、調節胰島素水平,並有助人 體維持健康的血膽固醇及其他脂肪水平。鉻結合構成耐糖因子(GTF),促進正常胰島素活動,調節血糖水平。研究顯示,鉻有助減少整體脂肪、控制飢餓感及抑 制食慾。在減重行業,很多人將鉻視為體重控制不可或缺的礦物質。鉻亦可能有助增加肌肉。


含最豐富銅含量的食物來源包括內臟、海產、堅果、種籽、小麥麩皮穀類、全麥製品及可可製品。銅可能具抗氧化功效,並組成參與鐵代謝過程的酶。銅是必要的微量礦物質,對正常嬰兒發展、鐵的運輸過程、骨骼強度、膽固醇代謝、心肌收縮、葡萄糖代謝、腦部發展及免疫功能非常重要。


碘存在於大部份海產及加碘食鹽。碘為甲狀腺荷爾蒙的必要組成部份,有助調節及維持正常代謝運作。


富 含鎂的食物包括未經打磨的穀物、堅果及綠色蔬菜。綠葉蔬菜含高葉綠素含量,因此是鎂的豐富來源。肉類、澱粉質及奶類產品的鎂含量較低。精製及加工食品的鎂 含量亦普遍較少。鎂是骨頭內礦物質部份的其中一種成份,能支援成年人鉀及鈣的代謝作用。鎂有助維持正常的鉀、磷、鈣、腎上腺素及胰島素水平。鎂亦支援鈣傳 送至細胞內的過程,以供人體使用。鎂促進肌肉及神經組織的正常功能,以及蛋白質、核酸、核甘酸、環腺單磷酸、脂質及碳水化合物的合成。

鎂促進能量釋放、正常體溫調節及神經功 能、亦有助應付壓力及促進健康的代謝作用。鎂與鈣互相合作,促進正常調節心臟及血壓。很重要的是,鎂還支援人體發展健康骨骼、牙齒及肌肉。鎂與鈣及維他命 D互相合作,有助維持骨骼強壯。鎂亦支援血小板正常活動及協助維持正常膽固醇水平,促進心血管健康。


錳是大量存在於植物及動物物質內的礦物質。含錳最富豐的食物來源包括全穀物、堅果、有葉蔬菜及茶。含錳濃度最高的是穀物的穀糠部份,但穀糠通常會在穀物加工時被去除。錳通常以葡萄糖酸錳、錳硫酸鹽、錳抗壞血酸及錳氨基酸複合物的形式出現。

人體組織只含有微量的錳元素,主要儲存於骨頭、肝臟、腎臟及胰臟。錳支援正常的結締組織、骨骼、凝血因子及性荷爾蒙的形成。此外,錳還支援正常的脂肪及碳水化合物代謝作用、鈣質吸收及血糖調節,並促進正常的腦部及神經功能。


富 含鉀的食物來源包括香蕉、橙、哈蜜瓜、牛油果、沙律用菠菜、椰菜及芹菜等新鮮蔬菜及水果。鉀是必要的主要礦物質,有助維持液體平衡,同時參與多種生化及生 理過程。除此之外,鉀還支援正常的神經脈衝傳導,心臟肌肉、骨骼肌肉及平滑肌肉的收縮、能量產生、核酸合成、維持細胞內壓力以及維持正常血壓。鉀支援正常 的肌肉舒張及胰島素釋放,並促進肝糖及蛋白質的合成。此外,鉀是促進正常心跳的電解質,而且在代謝作用中從蛋白質、脂肪及碳水化合物釋放能量擔當重要角 色。

硒 的最佳食物來源包括堅果、未加工穀類、糙米、小麥胚芽和海產。於人體內,硒的功能為作為抗氧化酶谷胱甘肽過氧化物酶的部份,以及促進正常生長及碘於甲狀腺 功能的正常運作。硒亦支援維他命E的抗氧化功效,普遍加入維他命E補充品。作為抗氧化物谷胱甘肽過氧化物酶的一部份,硒對人體保護細胞免受自由基傷害有直 接影響。


富 含鋅的食物包括添加營養的穀類食品、紅肉、蛋類、家禽和蠔等海產。鋅是多種酶及蛋白質的組成物,參與調節基因表現。鋅是必要的微量礦物質,參與約三百種不 同酶的反應。因此,鋅支援幾乎所有生化路徑和生理過程。體內超過90%的鋅都儲存於骨骼和肌肉,但是幾乎所有的身體組織都存在鋅。有指鋅支援正常痊癒及免 疫系統、促進健康前列腺及支援健康精子質量。由於鋅參與多種酶過程,其支援多種功能,包括消化、能量生產、生長、細胞修復、膠原合成、強化骨骼、認知功能 及碳水化合物代謝。

生物素
